Video Competition

The three best videos will receive a £75 John Lewis Voucher

Closing Date 5.00 pm on 15th April 2025

 

Before submitting your video please ensure the following:

  • Participants must submit a video featuring themselves in or in front of their Keder Greenhouse

  • The participant will discuss their Keder greenhouse and how they use it

  • Videos should be of good quality

  • Videos should be no longer than 5 minutes in length

  • Videos must be filmed in landscape

  • Submissions must be in a standard video format (MP4, MOV, or AVI) 

  • Videos must not include any music

  • We recommend using a tripod or mount to ensure the footage is of good quality

  • We recommend using microphone where possible

  • By entering the prize draw you waive all rights to the video and agree to be featured in the video as we present it

  • The video must be original content created by the participant.

  • By submitting a video, entrants confirm that they own all rights to the content.

I hereby grant Keder Greenhouse Limited and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit and distribute my video submission (hereinafter referred to as "the Material") in connection with their promotional and marketing activities.


I confirm that:


  • I am the creator and rightful owner of the Material

  • I have the authority to grant these rights without infringement on third-part rights

  • I grant Keder Greenhouse Limited and its partners, including Domoney Limited, the right to edit, adapt, or modify the Material as necessary in perpetuity

  • I understand that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of the video, including audio recordings and photography, apart from the winning prize of £75 in John Lewis Vouchers

  • I waive any right to inspect or approve the final video in which my submission is included

  • I release Keder Greenhouse Limited and any associated parties from any claims related to the use of the Material.

  • This consent shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all Keder greenhouse owners and users aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of Keder Greenhouses, their immediate families, and any associated parties are not eligible to participate.

2. Submission Process

  • Videos must be submitted via the form below.

  • The deadline for submission is 15th April 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

  • Participants must include their full name, contact details, and confirmation of consent to the terms and conditions.

3. Judging & Selection

  • The judging panel, including representatives from Keder and David Domoney’s production team, will select the best three videos based on quality, engagement, and relevance.

  • The decision of the judges is final.

4. Use of Submissions

  • By submitting a video, entrants grant Keder Greenhouses a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute the video for promotional purposes.

  • The top three selected videos will be featured in an official video collaboration with David Domoney.

  • Participants acknowledge that their videos may be edited for clarity and length.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during this competition will be used solely for administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Entrants may request removal of their data by contacting sales@kedergreenhouse.co.uk

6. Liability

  • Keder Greenhouses is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or damages resulting from participation in this competition.

  • By entering, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keder Greenhouses from any claims arising from their submission.

7. General Conditions

  • Keder Greenhouses reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time.

  • Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
