Order Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received and order details are confirmed.

 

Order Confirmation

 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team.

 

At Keder Greenhouse, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our practices regarding shipping, processing times, and delivery.

 

Shipping Policy

 

We currently offer free shipping within mainland UK. Non Mainland UK is chargeable and will be worked out at the checkout stage.  If you are based outside of the United Kingdom and would like to order our products, we deliver to your chosen UK international haulier.  It is your responsibility to organise the onwards shipping and export papers.  VAT is payable at the time of purchase but this will be refunded on receipt of your shipping paperwork.

Our Keder Domestic Self Build Kits are neatly and securely packed onto a single pallet and are collected from our site by our local pallet delivery network company.  The pallet is then delivered to you on a vehicle which is the same size as your regular bin service vehicles, 

The pallet is offloaded from the vehicle utilising a rear tail lift platform capable of holding 1 tonne. Pallets are placed kerb/vehicle side using the tail lift and pallet truck where ground conditions allow.

Site Offloading – Where ground conditions do not allow for pallet truck operation, please contact our customer service team on info@kederdomestic.co.uk.

Your phone number and address will be supplied to our pallet service.

 

Invoices

 

You will receive a full invoice including taxes in your ‘Order Confirmation’ email. Click ‘Download your Invoice’ to retrieve your invoice.

 

Shipping Costs

 

We offer FREE delivery to mainland United Kingdom

 

Outside of mainland UK, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, please contact the customer service team at info@kederdomestic.co.uk to obtain a quote.

 

Whilst we often receive orders from extreme weather areas such as the Falklands, Iceland, Scandinavia and Northern Europe, we are ONLY able ship to a designated exportation courier based at any of the UK ports.  Please note that all export paperwork and overseas courier charges must be arranged and paid for by the customer placing the order. Our duty of care ends at the point of drop off with your export courier, we cannot be held responsible for damage or delays caused by customs officials and overseas crossings.

Delivery Times

 

For all Keder Domestic Self Build Kits - We quote an estimated delivery within 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

 

If you opt for full installation by our expert team, upon receipt of your order and payment, we will contact you to discuss our current build programme timescales. 

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors. Keder Greenhouse is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Damaged or Missing Items

 

If your order looks damaged on arrival, please take a photo and mention the damage on the drivers inspection paperwork, marking the delivery as damaged, and then contact our customer service team  at info@kederdomestic.co.uk  Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

 

Please refer to our Return Policy for information regarding returns and exchanges. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

Shipping Address Changes

 

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@kederdomestic.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes to your shipping address once the order has been processed.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at info@kederdomestic.co.uk  After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
